Dr. Blevins specialized psychological services at Enilda Clinic are personal, tailored, and evidenced-based. Her primary value for Enilda Clinic is providing the highest competency behavioral healthcare for young children and their families in this region. Effective therapy requires an investment of your time, energy, and focus. The real change happens between sessions when you and your child practice skills and experience new ways of living. First consider if you have the time to commit to practicing new skills daily. Also consider if you, as the parent, feel resilient enough to lead your young child through this change. A joy for Dr. Blevins is helping parents to “prime” their child for change by getting themselves ready. We call this parent leadership. It’s all about feeling your best, modeling self-care to your child, and getting a few kinks worked out so your child can feel better too. Most of all, it’s important to recognize that therapy is a commitment to yourself and your child . You’re dedicating time and resources that could go elsewhere in the effort to have a healthier and happier future. Dr. Blevins honors your commitment by giving you dedicated time, tailored treatment, and continuous support.
Psychoeducational assessment, parent leadership groups, and fathers leadership lunches are self pay only. All major credit cards are accepted, as well as cash and check. Flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and health reimbursement accounts (HRA) are also accepted. Out-of-Network Billing documentation is provided to patients, so that they may submit it to their insurance for potential reimbursement. Dr. Blevins is registered with Reimbursify, an app that can be used to simplify submitting your out of network claims to your insurance. It can be downloaded at: https://reimbursify.com/. We recommend calling the number on your insurance card to see what your out of network outpatient mental health benefits are. Keep in mind that you can use your flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and health reimbursement accounts (HRA) for therapy that is out of network.
Self Pay : You may choose to have any service through self pay. The benefits of self pay are: 1) keeping your or your child’s mental health history confidential from health insurances. Health insurance plans may take ownership of your records at any time, including therapy notes, and share them with other providers on your plan or to determine your access to continued sessions. They also regularly require mental health providers to collect health information about patients that is outside the scope of therapy. 2) receiving treatment without getting a diagnosis . This may be important to you because some employers are allowed to consider past psychiatric history, such as the military, law enforcement, pilots, political office, etc. Life insurances and disability insurances also consider past psychiatric history. 3) greater flexibility and more supportive treatment . Sometimes interventions may be best guided by Dr. Blevins giving a home visit, school observation, or a community session. Additionally, phone sessions can be used to check in between sessions. These types of services are not covered by insurances. 4. finding a good fit . The number one predictor of good outcomes in therapy is the good working relationship between the patient and the therapist. Sometimes that means finding a specialist, like Dr. Blevins, to help you meet your specific goals. Many times specialists are on fewer or even no insurances. Rates Intake evaluations are provided at a rate of $250. Individual therapy sessions are $220 per 50-minute therapy hour. Group therapy sessions are priced based on the service. See the Parent Leadership Therapy page for more details. The fee for comprehensive psychoeducational, neuropsychological, and psychological evaluations is $3000, or $250-$300 per hour.
Deposits : All self pay testing appointments require a $1000 deposit to schedule. It is transferred to your self pay rates to meet the cost of the evaluation.
Reserve your appointment: To reserve your intake appointment, you must complete the intake packet (sent to you via a patient portal link by email) 48 hours prior to the appointment time. This includes uploading a valid credit card and your insurance information (if needed). You will receive your unique, HIPAA compliant patient portal access link after scheduling by phone.
